Golf Warehouse Return Policy

At Golf Warehouse, our return policy goes beyond the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act. We offer a 365-day right-of-return guarantee with proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in resalable condition, unless faulty.

Consumer Protection Laws

✔️ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 – Ensures goods meet quality standards. If a product is faulty, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

✔️ Fair Trading Act 1986 – Protects against misleading sales practices. The Commerce Commission enforces this law.

Return Options

🔄 Exchange – Swap for another size, color, or product of equal value. Items must be unused, in resalable condition, with packaging and labels intact. DVDs cannot be exchanged unless faulty.

📌 Credit Note – Offered instead of a refund or exchange. Redeemable in-store and online but not for cash. Minimum credit note value: $2.00.

Return Guidelines

📅 Return Period – 365 days from purchase.

📦 Product Condition – Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

✍️ Reason for Return – A return cannot be processed without a reason.
