📦 Where is my order?
We aim to deliver within 1-4 working days (Monday–Friday) of you placing your order, however, on occasion certain items may be temporarily out of stock or delayed due to public holidays. If this happens, you will receive an email to advise of any issues and solutions to get you on the course as soon as we can!
🔍 How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click the link to check the latest updates. The courier network we use collects orders from our stores in afternoon so you may not see movements till then.
🆔 How do I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder or contact us.

🚚 Standard Shipping: Flat rate $12.00 (Golf balls, accessories, gloves, clothing, headwear).
📏 Large Items: (Golf bags, push trundlers etc)
North Island: $29.00
South Island: $49.00
⚖️ Extra-Large Items: (Electric trundlers, package sets etc)
North Island: $49.00
South Island: $69.00
